- Parties to the Agreement
- The provider of legal services is Progressor Õigusbüroo OÜ, registration code 11968704, address: Liivalaia 14, 10118 Tallinn (hereinafter – the Bureau).
- The recipient of legal services shall be deemed any natural or legal person with whom the Bureau has concluded an agreement for the provision of legal services (hereinafter – the Client Agreement), or to whom the Bureau provides legal services on another legal basis (hereinafter – the Client).
- Subject of the Agreement
- The Bureau provides the Client with legal assistance in accordance with the assignments given by the Client. If necessary, a supplementary agreement (annex) may be concluded for individual assignments under the Client Agreement.
- The Bureau shall perform the Client’s assignment in good faith, guided by the legal norms applicable to contractual obligations, as well as by generally accepted principles of good morals and business ethics.
- The Bureau is entitled, at its own discretion, to appoint employees responsible for carrying out the Client’s assignment, considering their qualifications, competence, and relevant specialization.
- Service Fees and Payment Procedure
- The Parties shall separately agree on the cost of each stage of the assignment, after which the Bureau shall issue an invoice. The Bureau assumes the obligation to perform the work specified in the invoice only on the condition that the invoice is paid in full by the Client within the prescribed period.
- Cooperation and Confidentiality
- The Bureau undertakes not to disclose and not to use against the Client any information that became known to the Bureau in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
- The Client undertakes not to disclose and not to use against the Bureau any information that became known to them in connection with the performance of this Agreement, as well as to refrain from actions that could harm the business reputation of the Bureau.
- Processing of Personal Data
- The Bureau is entitled to process the Client’s personal data, and, if necessary, also the data of potential third parties, in connection with the performance of this Agreement and the provision of legal assistance, in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection. The purpose of processing personal data is to achieve the objectives of the Agreement and to provide other proper legal assistance. The Bureau undertakes not to use the Client’s personal data for purposes unrelated to achieving the objectives of this Agreement or providing other proper legal assistance.
- Term and Termination of the Agreement
- The Agreement enters into force upon its signing and terminates upon the achievement of its purpose, unless other conditions for its termination are provided in the annex to the Agreement.
- Final Provisions
- Notices sent to the Client by mail (including invoices) shall be deemed received by the Client after 3 (three) calendar days from the date the notice was handed over to the postal service.
