Consumer Rights Protection


Consumer means a natural person who acquires goods or services for purposes not related to their business or professional activity.

Trader means a person who provides goods or services to consumers within the scope of the person’s business or professional activity.

The main principles of consumer rights protection are regulated with the Consumer Protection Act and the Law of Obligations Act.

  • Advising on consumer rights protection. Non-compliance of goods with the terms of the order. Terms and procedure for submitting a claim;

  • Drafting of replies to a complaint;
  • Litigation support in the Consumer Protection Board;
