Igor Aleksin
Lawyer
Igor specializes in civil and administrative litigation, as well as commercial arbitration. Igor finds aspects that are not immediately apparent, which help clients protect their rights, and is not afraid to use unconventional approaches to achieve his clients’ goals.
His areas of expertise include general contract law, primarily sales contracts, contracts for services, and usage contracts. Igor already has experience participating in international commercial arbitration worth more than €300,000 at the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and in a complex technical dispute in local courts of Estonia worth more than €220,000.
Igor also specializes in disputes involving compensation for both material and non-material damage, as well as insurance disputes. His case experience includes disputes over compensation for damages based on both breach of contract and tort (damages caused without a contract). Among other things, Igor helped a victim of a traffic accident obtain compensation for non-material damage out of court, which was several times higher than the average compensation received through the courts.
Igor also handles disputes related to property rights, including various encumbrances on land plots and the recovery of property from unlawful possession. Igor has experience in disputes over establishing rights of way through neighboring land plots and in disputes related to withdrawal from sales contracts or the invalidation of such contracts.
In addition, Igor handles bankruptcy cases, representing the interests of both creditors and debtors. Among other things, Igor has experience in filing bankruptcy petitions on behalf of creditors for amounts ranging from €600,000 to over €2,000,000. Igor also specializes in intellectual property, including the protection of authors’ rights and interests.

Polina Jermolenko

Polina specializes in civil and administrative law, with a primary focus on family and inheritance law. In her work, she combines in-depth legal analysis, close attention to detail, and a strategic approach to protecting her clients’ interests.
Her main area of practice involves handling complex family and inheritance matters, including division of property, settlement of disputes between spouses and heirs, and supporting clients at all stages of dispute resolution.
Polina has practical experience participating in civil litigation and arbitration proceedings, providing legal support and assistance in preparing legal positions, procedural documents, and evidence. In her practice, all cases have been brought to completion and have received positive feedback from clients.
Her professional activities also include real estate law matters, such as legal support in establishing servitudes and other limited real rights, legal risk analysis, and advising on the use and encumbrance of immovable property.
