Progressor Law Firm provides the legal address service for companies, as well as mailbox rental.
In accordance with the Estonian Commercial Code, a company registered in Estonia must have an Estonian legal address which will be specified in the official registration data of the company. The legal address for the purpose of registration in documents does not have to be the same as the actual location of the company.
The legal address of a company is used for receipt of notifications from government agencies, tax authorities, courts, business partners, etc.
The service of a legal address of a company includes the following:
- your company’s registration data will include the address: Endla 4, 10142 Tallinn, Estonia. This address is located in the business district right in the centre of Tallinn;
- a mailbox will be installed at this address in the name of your company, and your correspondence will be delivered to it;
- you will have three options to receive correspondence:
1. we pack all letters received in the name of your company without opening in a new envelope and send them to the address you specified;
2. we open and scan your correspondence, and then send it to your e-mail;
3. if necessary, original letters can be collected from us in the office at Endla 4, Tallinn. Original letters are kept for 12 months from the date of receipt.
When choosing a legal address of a company, the following should be considered:
- the legal address of the company is publically available and does not constitute private information;
- representatives of authorities and state institutions can come to the address specified in the registration documents to conduct an inspection;
- the address must be a currently valid address. If you can no longer receive correspondence at the specified address, you must specify a new one in the registration data of the company.
We offer the service of a legal and postal address for legal entities – OÜ, MTÜ, UÜ, TÜ, AS, and sole proprietors (FIE).
The minimum term for concluding a contract for the service of a legal address in Estonia is 12 months.
